Shipping Policy

Shipping policy This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on WholesalePlus.ca (“WholesalePlus”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.                                                                                                                                                                      1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time. WholesalePlus reserves the right to delay or cancel any order due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or verification requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        2. Shipping Destinations We ship within Canada only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. International shipping, if approved, is final sale and shipped at the customer’s risk.                                                                                                                                                                3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Express Shipping: 1–3 business days Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs, strikes, or force majeure events are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

5. Transfer of Risk & Title Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. WholesalePlus is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment is transferred to the carrier.

6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation Tracking information is provided once the order ships. Delivery confirmation by the carrier (including “delivered” status) constitutes successful delivery, regardless of whether the package was personally received. For high-value orders, a signature may be required at delivery.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. No refunds will be issued for orders lost due to address errors provided at checkout.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. WholesalePlus will assist with carrier investigations but does not guarantee replacement or refund unless compensation is received from the carrier.

9. Damaged Shipments Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide: Clear photos of the item Photos of the original packaging Shipping label visible Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

10. Wholesale & Bulk Orders Wholesale and bulk orders are final sale, unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional handling or freight charges may apply. Partial shipments may occur at our discretion.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes Customers agree to contact WholesalePlus before initiating a chargeback. Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and valid for dispute defense. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with supporting evidence, including tracking and delivery confirmation.

12. Limitation of Liability WholesalePlus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, or courier errors. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
