Wholesale Plus – Return & Warranty Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following:

  • Defective or non-working parts

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged items on arrival

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • All original stickers, labels, and warranty marks must be intact.

  • Screens must not be scratched, cracked, bent, or installed.

  • Return request must be submitted within 7–15 days of receiving the order (choose your preferred timeframe).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed, damaged, or tempered parts

  • LCDs with broken flex, pressure marks, or frame damage

  • B-grade/discounted items (if applicable)

  • Accessories that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation

Please test all LCD screens and parts before installation.


3. Warranty Coverage

Most parts come with a 30–90 day warranty for manufacturing defects only (customize for your store).

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Burn marks

  • Mishandling

  • Customer-caused issues after installation


4. Return Process

  1. Email us at  or submit a ticket. cellpodwireless@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number, item SKU, and photos/video showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

  4. After inspection, we can issue:

    • Replacement, or

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund (if eligible)

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.


5. Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 48 hours with photos of the box + item.
    We will replace it ASAP.


6. Restocking Fee

Non-defective returns may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee (optional for your store).
