WholesalePlus.ca is a wholesale supplier. All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Returns
Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
Exchanges
Accept exchanges

Shopping cost for returns is customer,s Responsibility, and 20% restocking fee may apply.
Refund process to original Methode of payment can take about 10 days

Defective or Damaged Items

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged when received

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos or videos showing the issue


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Please Test parts before install

  • Installed PARTS

  • Screens, LCDs, OLEDs, digitizers, batteries, ICs, and flex cables

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items without original packaging


Return Approval Required

Returns are accepted only with approval.

To request a return, email us with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos

Unauthorized returns will be refused.


Refunds or Replacements

If approved and inspected, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Local Pickup Orders

All local pickup orders are final once collected.
